This season, John starred for the UPN NETWORK as ED SULLIVAN for THE VIRTUAL ED SULLIVAN SHOW. He his pleased to have been chosen to portray ED SULLIVAN as MR. SULLIVAN invited JOHN to appear on THE ED SULLIVAN SHOW 17 TIMES.
Also, this season, JOHN GUEST STARRED on the hit comedy series DHARMA AND GREG and CO-STARRED alongside JUDD HIRSCH in a special episode of CAROLINE IN THE CITY.
JOHN'S prior series COMEDY ON THE ROAD, which aired for four seasons on A & E Network won him his SECOND ACE AWARD, The FIRST ACE was received for his hilarious BIZARRE SHOW series for the A & E Network.
To add to his already impressive list, JOHN was seen in the role of COTTON DUNN on SILK STALKING for both CBS and USA Networks, as well as HOSTING the BOWERY BOYS series for the A & E Network.
He will always be remembered for his role of DECTECTIVE DONAHUE on the long running ABC SERIES SOAP, John also
CO-STARRED with SHARI LEWIS in the PBS EMMY Nominated special LAMB CHOP & THE HAUNTED STUDIO.
